Founded in 2022 by Ben Decker and Pablo Klüppelberg, W1NNAS was born out of a simple but powerful idea: to help athletes replace harmful habits with healthier alternatives. In high-intensity sports like football, ice hockey, and handball, more than 70% of athletes regularly use nicotine pouches, which carry long-term health risks.
Instead of harmful substances, W1NNAS designed pouches filled with carefully selected natural ingredients that support focus, energy, and endurance. Their mission is clear: to fuel the body, sharpen the mind, and contribute to sustainable success both on and off the field.
Challenge: Preparing for Launch and Scaling Logistics
When W1NNAS launched its product in November 2024, the team immediately began searching for a fulfillment partner. Back then, they already knew that they wanted to scale quickly and for this, they needed a reliable Third-Party-Logistics Partner that would also help them grow their business across Europe.
Considering small-sized products, they were especially looking for competitive prices for small packaging which byrd could deliver in their offer:

The first steps with byrd as 3PL Partner
Following the offer, the account executive guided Jesse Wiebke, Head of Finance & Operations, through the software. It immediately caught his attention, as he confirms: “From the beginning, we were big fans of the byrd dashboard. It is very organized and easy to handle. Since we are a startup, we really value an easy solution for our operations processes. “
The combination of fair prices, an international logistics network and great software finally convinced W1NNAS to start their partnership with byrd. As a next step, they were onboarded with the support of their personal account manager at byrd’s warehouse in Halle. Today, their dedicated account manager not only supports daily operations but also works closely with the team to achieve long-term strategic goals. Looking Ahead: Expanding into Austria and Switzerland
The future looks bright for W1NNAS, with expansion plans targeting Austria and Switzerland. By adding byrd’s warehouse in Austria, they will be able to reduce shipping costs and delivery times for local customers.
