Der Service umfasste Lagerhaltung, Verpackung, Versand, Retourenmanagement und Kundenservice, mit dem Ziel, die Effizienz der Händler zu steigern und ihnen den Einstieg in den Online-Handel zu erleichtern. Besonders attraktiv waren die bis zum Sommer 2024 geltenden Sonderkonditionen, die den Service für viele Händler interessant machten. ## Das Ende von Fulfilled by Kaufland (FBK) Knapp ein Jahr später soll dieser Service wieder eingestellt werden, wie etwa [Malte Karstan](https://www.linkedin.com/posts/malte-karstan_kaufland-withdraws-from-fbk-fulfillment-activity-7287989954863882240-07ph?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop) am 24. Jänner auf LinkedIn berichtet. Demnach soll an einer besseren Option gearbeitet werden. Wie die aussehen soll, steht derzeit noch in den Sternen.  Fest steht laut Karstan jedenfalls eines: Bis 28 Februar 2025 werden die Produkte der Händler:innen kostenfrei zurückgesendet. Eine Überraschung für viele Verkäufer:innen und durchaus eine kurze Zeit, um sich den Änderungen anzupassen. ## Warum beendet Kaufland FBK? Auf Nachfrage von [Ingrid Lommer](https://www.linkedin.com/posts/ingrid-lommer_%C3%A4nderungen-bei-fbk-wie-kaufland-seinen-activity-7289552736658821120-gHMn?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop), Mitbegründerin von Marketplace Universe, verweist Kaufland (laut Lommer) darauf, dass ein strategischer Schritt in Richtung Internationalisierung der Grund für diese Maßnahme ist. Demnach soll der Fulfilled by Kaufland Service einem verbesserten Cross-Border-Fulfillment Service weichen. Dies soll in Form eines flexiblen Baukastensystems angeboten werden, das darüber hinaus automatisierte Label Lösungen für Versand- und Retourenetiketten bietet. Darüber hinaus soll eine Multi-Channel Funktion angeboten werden, um mehrere Verkaufskanäle mit einer Lösung abzudecken. ## Wann gibt es die neue Fuflillment Lösung von Kaufland? Offiziell gibt es dazu noch keine Angabe. Ingrid Lommer jedenfalls, rechnet jedoch bereits in Q1 mit einer Alternative zum aktuellen FBK Service. ## Welche Alternative zu Fulfilled by Kaufland gibt es? Für die meisten Händler:innen kommt diese Nachricht überraschend und trägt nicht zum Vertrauen in die Fulfillment Services von Kaufland bei.
