Beides stimmt. Denn zwischen „physisch im Regal" und „verkaufbar" liegt eine Kategorie, über die selten jemand spricht: blockierter Bestand. Ware in Quarantäne, abgelaufene Chargen, deaktivierte Lagerplätze, noch nicht freigegebene Neuware. Sie zählt zum Bestand, bindet Kapital, belegt Fläche und verkauft sich exakt gar nicht. Der Report zeigt die Verweildauer pro Posten, damit Du gezielt eskalieren kannst. **Abgelaufene Chargen: konsequent räumen.** Sie werden nie wieder verkaufbar und kosten trotzdem jeden Monat Lagerplatz. Entsorgen oder spenden, abschreiben, Fläche freigeben. Der Schwellenwert macht aus einem schleichenden Problem ein Ereignis mit Timestamp. **Die Quarantäne-Eskalation.** „Liste jeden Montag alle Posten, die länger als 30 Tage in Quarantäne liegen, mit Stückzahl und Warenwert."
